Who Wants to be a Superpower?

Voice: Welcome to "Who Wants to be a Superpower?", the show where all fighters are not created equal! Now, here's your host, the ancient Hero of Light, the Great Saiyaman!

(We return to the set with the lighting and sound returned to normal from last episode.)

Saiyaman: That was a nice introduction for a change. Welcome back, everyone.

Voice: So, do we have any renovation plans for the show after our twenty-fifth episode special?

Saiyaman: Absolutely not! Why mess with a good thing?

Voice: We've got a good thing?

Saiyaman: Of course we do! Now, let's introduce today's guest, a good friend of mine, Dynamo Hikari!

(Dynamo walks out and sits down.)

Saiyaman: It's good to have you on the show, Dynamo.

Dynamo: Pleasure to be here.

Voice: So, tell the home audience a little about yourself.

Dynamo: I am a Sheikah Demi-God that's a master of Electricity and Shadow. I have a sexy wife, two kids, and three grandchildren. I've been a Maverick Hunter, but I retired and am now an Onimusha. Oh, and I collect legendary swords and used to be your boss.

Voice: Say, isn't being a demi-god cheating?

Saiyaman: (flipping through the rule book.) Dementia...Demi Moore...Dennis the Menace...nope, nothing in here about it being cheating. As for your prize this time, we have for you several pounds of fresh ground meat. The meat-packer even included a note for you. (pulls it out.) He says you can keep any hands you find, but he does want his ring back...ew.

Dynamo: I'll be sure to keep an eye out for that.

Voice: So, you know how to play?

Dynamo: Yeah, I answer the questions and fight off three opponents.

Saiyaman: That's it. So, let's play "Who Wants to be a Superpower?"!

(The lights dim and dramatic music plays.)

Saiyaman: Oh good, we got that fixed. So, we'll start off with Knowledge! All set?

Dynamo: Absolutely!

Voice: What rod-type weapon was used in Megaman Zero 3?

Dynamo: The Recoil Rod.

Saiyaman: What are the phases of the moon?

Dynamo: Full, cresent, half and new.

Voice: What was Link's first match?

Dynamo: Match #1.

Saiyaman: How old is Mario?

Dynamo: Twenty.

Voice: How many forms does the Ten Powers sword have?

Dynamo: Ten, obviously.

Saiyaman: Was that last question too obvious?

Dynamo: Yeah, it was.

TIME!!!

Saiyaman: That brings us to Creativity! Now, all you have to do is to describe a way you could prevent the destruction of the wetlands.

Dynamo: I could probably set up some sort of magical guardian to protect it from developers.

Saiyaman: Sounds intriguing. Now, head to the arena.

(Dynamo heads for the arena.)

Voice: Think we could actually use that idea?

Saiyaman: Probably not. As usual, our contestant must beat three foes with only two lives and no items. Here's the moveset...

  • B: Tri-Thunder (Fires a bolt, up, down and in front of him. If the bolts hit the wall, floor or ceiling, it turns into a sphere and travels up it as well.)
  • SMASH B: Lightning Flash (He vanishes and dashes forward with his sword out. When he reappears, a lightning streak appears behind him, reaching to where he vanished.)
  • UP B: Thunder God Rise (Raises Hikari Sword above head and spin attacks quickly upward generating an electric tornado around him.)
  • DOWN B: Giga Lightning (Stronger Pikachu’s Thunder.)

    Saiyaman: Dynamo has chosen his foes to be Zelda, Ganondorf and Link. The arena is Final Destination and his initals are DY. It seems that Dynamo has hopped into the arena and Zelda has walked in, so let's get things going!

    ***Begin Corny Intro***

    Saiyaman: Ladies and gentlemen...

    Voice: Boys and girls...

    Saiyaman: Penguins and polar bears...

    Voice: SSS is going to take a nap while we bring you...

    Saiyaman: THE HOST WITH THE MOST, SAIYAMAN!

    Voice: KING OF IMMEDIATE AREA NARRATION, VOICE!

    Both: YOUR SSS COMMENTATORS!

    Saiyaman: Now, for the twenty-seven million in attendance...

    Voice: And for the thirty-thousand watching world-wide...

    Saiyaman: I think we got our numbers mixed up.

    Voice: I'll talk to whoever does the statistics.

    Saiyaman: Ahem...IT'S SMASHING TIME!

    ***End Corny Intro***

    Voice: Dynamo starts things off strong with a Lightning Flash, which is promptly dodged by Zelda as she hops over it! However, Dynamo quickly wheels around and hits with a Smash attack!

    Saiyaman: Zelda fires back with Din's Fire, but Dynamo rolls back out of the way! He then leaps up and comes down on her with an aerial attack!

    Voice: Zelda knocks Dynamo upwards with her upward Smash! Dynamo retaliates by smacking her with his Giga Thunder as he comes down, knocking Zelda away!

    Saiyaman: Zelda transforms into Shiek and starts charging up a Needle attack, but Dynamo interupts with a running attack! He then grabs her and throws her downward!

    Voice: Shiek is back up and holds Dynamo at bay with her Whip attack, striking three times before he can retreat! Dynamo throws out a Tri-Thunder, which connects and knocks Shiek out of her attack!

    Saiyaman: Shiek attacks with a running attack which Dynamo shields against! Dynamo turns around and pulls out a Lightning Flash, striking Shiek!

    DY: 26% Sh: 71%

    Voice: Shiek charges up and strikes with a quick Needle attack, then slams with a running attack! Dynamo retaliates with an upward Smash!

    Saiyaman: Shiek attacks downward as she falls from Dynamo's attack, to which Dynamo rolls out of the way! Dynamo starts a Smash attack, but Shiek grabs and throws him first!

    Voice: Dynamo lands on his feet and heads towards Shiek, who uses a Smash attack! Dynamo shields against the blow and grabs Shiek, throwing her downward!

    Saiyaman: Shiek gets back up and grabs Dynamo, but he breaks free and hits with a low Smash! Shiek turns back into Zelda and strikes with Nayru's Love!

    Voice: Zelda quickly escapes using Farore's Wind to teleport to the other side of the battlefield! Dynamo dashes at her using Lightning Flash, avoiding her Din's Fire attack!

    Saiyaman: Dynamo uses his new-found proximity to Zelda to Smash her! Zelda ends up flying over the left edge, coming back with Farore's Wind!

    Voice: Zelda gets a blow or two in on Dynamo as soon as she lands, but Dynamo leaps up and hits with an aireal attack! While she's stunned, he follows up with a Smash attack that KOs her!

    Saiyaman: Next, Ganondorf has entered the arena! He starts things off with his Wizard's Foot, which Dynamo jumps over, hitting with an aireal attack in the process!

    Voice: Ganondorf gets Dynamo in a Dark Dive and chases after him with a Gerudo Dragon! Dynamo leaps over the second attack, leaving Ganondorf to just barely avoid falling off the edge!

    Saiyaman: Dynamo lands and hits with a Tri-Thunder as Ganondorf turns back around! He then grabs Ganondorf, but Ganondorf breaks free and throws him off the ledge!

    DY: 100% Gn: 23%

    Voice: Dynamo double-jumps over and grabs the ledge, attacking Ganondorf as he pulls himself up! Ganondorf prepares a Smash attack which Dynamo knocks him out of with a low attack!

    Saiyaman: Dynamo smacks Ganondorf with a few punches and a weak Smash! Ganondorf falls back, but leaps forward and just manages to grab Dynamo!

    Voice: Ganondorf throws Dynamo towards the center of the platform, then follows and strikes with the Wizard's Foot! Dynamo connects with a Tri-Thunder on the way down!

    Saiyaman: Ganondorf throws an upward kick at Dynamo, who rolls back and strikes with Lightning Flash! Ganondorf turns around and pulls out a Smash attack which sends Dynamo out for a KO!

    Voice: Dynamo returns to the arena and slams with Ganondorf with a running attack! He continues the attack with an upward Smash and a Thunder God Rising!

    Saiyaman: Ganondorf tries his Wizard's Foot attack, but Dynamo is still invincible for that attack! The invincibility wears off as Dynamo Smashes him!

    Voice: Now that Dynamo is vunerable again, Ganondorf catches him with a Gerudo Dragon! This time, Ganondorf's upward attack is mid-air dodged!

    DY: 12%D1 Gn: 108%

    Saiyaman: Dynamo strikes with a Giga Lightning as he fall, which knocks Ganondorf back! Dynamo runs at him, but Ganondorf halts him with a low Smash!

    Voice: Ganondorf stirkes with the Wizard's Foot, but Dynamo counter-attacks with a few punches! He then follows up with a Smash attack that sends Ganondorf off the edge!

    Saiyaman: Ganondorf goes for the triple jump, but his Dark Dive doesn't give him the needed height! He falls down for a KO!

    Voice: Finally, that brings us to Link, who hops into the arena! He flings a Boomerang, but Dynamo shields against it!

    Saiyaman: Dynamo throws out a Tri-Thunder at Link, who hops over it and runs towards him! Link stabs with a running attack, to which Dynamo throws him to the left!

    Voice: Dynamo comes at him with a Lightning Flash, which connects! Link grabs him with his Hookshot and hits twice, but Dynamo breaks free!

    Saiyaman: Dynamo unleashes a quick Smash against Link and follows up with a running attack! Link, still in the air, slams down on Dynamo with his sword!

    Voice: Link smacks Dynamo with a Boomerang at point-blank range and smacks again with an arrow! He does a sword thrust, but Dynamo manages to dodge it and hits with Thunder God Rising!

    DY: 71%D1 L: 39%

    Saiyaman: Link gets up from Dynamo's attack and shoots another arrow which Dynamo shields against! Dynamo attacks with a running attack that Link shields against, but mixes it up with a throw downwards!

    Voice: Link pulls off a low Smash which Dynamo leaps over! Dynamo hits with an aireal attack and grabs Link, but Link manages to break free!

    Saiyaman: Dynamo strikes with a Giga Lightning attack and quickly throws Link to the right! Link pulls out a Bomb and throws it, but Dynamo leaps over it!

    Voice: Dynamo strikes Link with a running attack, then a quick Smash, pushing Link to the arena's edge! Link shields against Dynamo's Smash, then stabs at him repeatedly!

    Saiyaman: Dynamo takes a few blows, but shields long enough to catch a pause in Link's attacks to Smash him again! Link manages to triple-jump back, but a Giga Lightning sends him out for a KO!

    THIS GAME'S WINNER IS...DYNAMO!

    Dynamo: That was a good challenge.

    Saiyaman: Satisfying, huh? Let's go to the blue screen.

    (The blue screen appears.)

Please include your name and some basic background information about yourself. Also, a list of B moves for the Battle section is required. You may pick the three opponents you wish to battle. They can be any SSS character you want, including dead ones. However, they can’t be all the same. Also, we have the right to place you against different opponents as we wish. Please note however, that we can’t actually make you a Superpower in any way. This is only for fun and you cannot receive nor donate any actual prizes in any way. Limit of one application per person. Extra applications from the same person will be deleted upon arrival.

    Voice: Okay, everyone, this is the Voice, wishing you all a good morning, afternoon, evening and night.

    Saiyaman: wait, what were Demi Moore and Dennis the Menace doing in the rulebook?

    Dynamo: Farewell.
