Summary:
Falco Lombardi was
born on his homeplanet of Corneria. He was always a loner, and
occasionally walked on the wrong side of the tracks. As a kid, Falco attended the Cornerian
Pilot's Academy, where he met his pals Fox
McCloud and Slippy Toad and formed their own junior
version
of Star Fox, complete with help from the REAL team.
Soon, Fox and the rest
of them
saw the true horror of the universe, however. James McCloud's own
wingman,
Pigma Dengar, lead Star Fox into a trap which cost James McCloud his
life. Falco
joined the Cornerian Army as well as Fox. After a few years of training
in hand-to-hand combat and
weaponry, he dropped out of the military to join the reforming Star
Fox. With Fox and Slippy
at his side, and Peppy Hare from the original team, Star Fox had
reformed! Fox and Peppy
even invested in
restoring the Great Fox, an armada and mothership for the team, and
obtaining
whole new shipment of Arwings.
For their first mission, the Star Fox team was hired to destroy the mad
scientist Andross, who may or may not have had a part in the death of
James McCloud some ten odd years prior. Fox
lead his crew straight through the Lylat System to the heart of Venom,
Andross' homeworld, getting into a few scuffles with their rival team,
Star Wolf, along the way. Fox
battled the maniacal ape to the finish, barely making it out alive.
Star
Fox had saved the galaxy.
Over the year since, Star Fox has undergone some serious changes. Falco left the crew to fly solo
for a while, while Peppy retired from his position as a pilot. Fox
had a short stint on the Dinosaur Planet, where he once again fought
Andross, as well as General Scales, and recruited Krystal as Peppy's
replacement on the team. A few short years later, Falco
rejoined the team, and together they fought against the newest threat
to Lylat: the Aparoids. With some surprising assistance from the
reformed Star Wolf, Fox
and his crew destroyed the Aparoid Queen and saved the galaxy once more.
Falco like all Star
Fox members is a true-blue
hero, and an ace pilot.
His remarkable record of medals and achievements more than enough
warrants his place here at the Stadium. He's
may even have more fans than Fox
has!
Falco's Moves: - STANDARD
SPECIAL
Moves
- Blaster
- Falco's weapon of choice, his laser pistol can rack up
the damage on opponents. It stuns the opponent, though. He
can fire off 60 shots before
he has to reload the battery; that's pretty damned cool.
- UP SPECIAL Moves
- Fire Bird
- Falco lets loose from his combat
training a focused fire attack. Charging up in place and blasting off
in a chosen direction, Falco can set his enemies ablaze, and tackle
them into oblivion. A really great recovery move too.
- SIDE SPECIAL Moves
- Falco Phantasm
- The fastest attack in Falco's arsenal. Falco leans
back, and sprints forwards at the speed of light,
tripping opponents and shattering item containers.
- DOWN SPECIAL Moves
- Reflector
- A special shield Falco received from Slippy, this puppy
unleashes a quick reflector shield to send back energy attacks and
shock opponents. After activating it, Falco now tosses the reflector at
his opponents for damage as well. Falco's personal favorite!
- FINAL SMASH Moves
- Landmaster
- Why is Falco even using this? His opponents have no
time to ponder such questions as Falco has grabbed a Smash Ball! Falco
summons the Landmaster Tank into the arena to ride in and control. It
is somewhat less powerful and not as maneuverable as Fox's
Landmaster, and it can hover EXTREMELY high,
fire blasts out of its cannon, and yes, it can do a barrel roll.
