First Heard of at the SSS:
Mystics vs. Speedsters, but he's been here since the late BeSeen Era.

Fighter Summary:
Now stop me if you heard this one, a guy leaves the general vicinity of his home planet to study the temporal anomolies in a place called Smashtopia, and his planet explodes on him, leaving him the last of his people. It happened to Game Guru Alvis Windwalker Jr. He soon made Smashtopia his home, but there WERE other survivors of the Planet Code, one of which was Game Guru Hacko Nemey.
GG, as non-Codons called him, is the guy who could be SP. He was one of the commentators in the Mystics vs. Speedsters Match, the SP Battle Royal, and the Rescue Mission. He was also an SSB Arena Master. He became a Superpower just before the fighters were kidnapped by X and helped save them. GG even became President after Zeratul got the boot, although Pat was offered the presidency, but in lieu of his Reformatting duties, he declined the offer.
Amazingly, he has never truely fought in the Stadium, only appearing as a support role for the younger stronger SPs. His most notable role so far was preventing Hyperion from killing VGW in the Showdown. While he DID chronologically land the final blow against Hyperion, this was, in truth, the Hyperion of the Past and the GG of the Future. It was Knight9910 and Sir Tomintul who earlier did kill the Hyperion from the Present once and for all, if that makes any since.

This move lets GG charge up electrical energy and release it in a huge ball of lightning.

GG, like Mewtwo, can teleport. It causes no damage

GG charges his Staff of Smiting with electrical energy, and throws it like a boomerang.

Kouki Kongou

GG summons a storm cloud which strikes thunder that charges GG up, but fries anyone near him.

When GG grabs a Smash Ball, he is charged up with immense electrical energy... Energy that he releases in a humongously powerful beam of electricity as the Ultimate Galactic Blast!
